United by its common principle of symmetrical geometry, the Palissade collection of outdoor furniture is designed to integrate effortlessly into both natural and urban settings. The Palissade Cord Dining Armchair shares the same design language as the original collection, combining a softer expression with Palissade’s visual simplicity and core strength. Recycled polyester cord is handwoven onto the chair’s powder coated steel frame in a matching tonal colour, creating a comfortable and durable seat. The chair’s versatile colour palette and timeless appeal make it ideal for using in a wide range of outside spaces, from cafés and restaurants to gardens, terraces, and balconies.

Ronan & Erwan Bouroullec

Ronan & Erwan Bouroullec the Paris-based design brothers from Brittany have been working together since 1998. Ronan is a graduate of the École Supérieure des Arts Décoratifs in Paris and Erwan attended the École Nationale Supérieure des Arts in Cergy before starting their own studio.They have transformed the design industry and offered new perspectives of materiality and purpose. For HAY, they have designed the Palissade Collection, Balcony Collection, CPH Collection, Can Collection, Passerelle Collection, Elementaire Chair and Pier System.
