Flos's Glo-Ball Family of floor, wall, table and pendant lamps are as popular now as when they were originally designed by British Designer Jasper Morrison back in 1998.
Inspired by the soft and serene glow of a full moon in a clear sky, Jasper Morrison created the Glo-Ball series to illuminate the otherworldly magic of the night. The spherical shade maximises the diffusion of light while minimising the light's profile: the light appears as a flat glowing disc when illuminated and issues a soft and clean white light. Due to the acid etched glass shades they look just as magical when turned off as they do when illuminated. The reason that they are so popular is that they look perfectly at home in so many different decors and really are timeless in their design.
