This piece is an original licensed Fritz Hansen piece. It is not only beautiful to look at it is exceedingly comfortable and hard wearing making it ideal for both domestic and commercial applications.
It comes with polished chrome legs and you can choose from a wide range of wood veneers for the seat.
The entry level is coloured ash and on this model you can see the wood grain through the paint. Then there is the fully lacquered chair and finally there are the real wood veneers - Beech Maple Ash Cherry Oregon Pine Elm Oak Dark Stained Oak and Walnut. All chairs are made of laminated moulded sliced veneer.

Arne Jacobsen
The collaboration between Arne Jacobsen and Fritz Hansen dates back to 1934. It was not until 1952 however that the team got its breakthrough with the Ant™. It was succeeded by Series 7™ in 1955, thereby enabling both Jacobsen and Fritz Hansen to write their names into furniture history.
